* Candles are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with plenty of padding to prevent damage/melting during transit.
* We ship via USPS, Tracking number will be sent to email/phone number when shipped. 
* Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.
* Orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday.
* We guarantee delivery within 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date of purchase.
* If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
* We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.
* International shipping is not available at this time.

🚨NOTE🚨: Natural Soy Wax Candles need a minimum of two weeks to cure (Making sure it has the best scent throw, burns evenly and consistently). If for any reason we do not ship in the promised 24-48hours, Be advised it is due to us wanting to provide the best quality candle for our customers.
